We then schedule interviews and prepare candidates to ensure they are fully briefed on the interview process. As a professional recruiter to the Manufacturing Production & Precision Engineering sectors, we are able to offer both "Retained" & "Contingency" recruitment solutions depending on your preference and requirements. Below is an overview of both options:
RETAINED:
Providing an exclusive and dedicated solution whereby we commit our clients who choses to partner with us on an exclusive basis. The contract is then agreed, signed with the recruiting fee being paid in three instalments made up of the following; initial 1/3 payment on commencement of agreement, second 1/3 payment on submission of shortlist and the final 1/3 payment on the candidate(s) placement date.
This process is fully comprehensive and provides extra benefits to the recruitment process as we have committed to successfully filling the position.

Targeted search/head hunting campaign (full information provided during the onboarding meeting)

CONTINGENCY:
This is the traditional method of recruiting and is trusted and reliable. This solution provides flexibility for both the client and the agency whereby it is an agreement where no fee is due until we are successful in placing the ‘right’ candidate for the role. This process includes our fully comprehensive service of creating job briefs, , we will conduct an initial brief on the position, pro-actively going to the market and sourcing ideal candidates through the following means:

Running email campaigns through our extensive and continually growing database
Targeted resourcing from our selected CV searching databases
